Service Rates: Effective June 1, 2026

• Clinical Session Fee - $159.00 / appointment.
  Standard session fee for all clinical services including individual counseling and adult diagnostic assessment.  This is a "covered-service" that is insurance-eligible if we are in-network with your insurance plan.

• NeuroAffirming Coaching - $159.00 / appointment.
  Coaching sessions are non-clinical services focused on helping clients identify and practice tools and tactics to support your executive functioning, emotional regulation, and self-care. Non-Covered Service due to service type, self-pay only.

• Scoring / Reporting fee - $140.50 / appointment (Assessment Clients Only).
  Scoring/reporting fees are for the time spent by your provider out-of-session scoring data and drafting the resulting assessment report. Non-Covered Service based on provider type, self-pay only.

Assessment Protocol Costs:

Our in-depth diagnostic assessment protocol is spread over two, 90min appointments with an optional third 55min session for integration and review.

• Self-pay clients: $299.50 per appointment ($159 session fee + $140.50 scoring/reporting fee) or $599 for the two appointment protocol. Sliding-scale option available (see below). Payment plan options available via Afterpay.

• Insurance clients: $140.50 scoring/reporting fee per appointment or $281 for the two appointment protocol (in addition to your session fee insurance copay or deductible). Payment plan options are available via Afterpay.

• Optional  third integration session (55min) is $159. This session fee is eligible for submission to insurance if we are in network for your plan.

• Blue Cross Blue Shield (Illinois residents only)

• Ascension (SmartHealth)

• Carelon Behavioral Health

• Quest Behavioral Health

Unfortunately, we are not in-network with Medicare, Medicaid, or Medicaid Advantage
